Lawl. Once worked at a pub, and spent 10 minutes arguing with a guy about what classified as shirt and shoes; he claimed that wearing a bunch of plastic bin bags around his torso and feet automatically made them shirt and shoes, and I couldn't honestly find any definition right there that said that clothing and footwear had to be made out of fabric.

I think there are actual laws about wearing pants in public, so you may get serviced, but after that you'd get arrested.
