A chiuaua's entire body is the size of just my dog's head. How could its brain be bigger.

The OP didn't phrase it quite properly. Chihuahuas have the largest brain PROPORTIONATE to the size of their head. As a random example of what that means, a glass of water is 20 inches tall and has 10 inches of water in it, whilst another glass of water is 10 inches tall and has 7 inches of water in it. Assuming that both glasses are the same width, then although the taller glass contains more water overall, there is more water per inch of glass in the smaller glass than in the taller glass.

But chihuahua's can be kicked over fences, so they don't count as real dogs anyway, more like large rats

*chihuahuas You can be tied up and mauled by a chihuahua. Then thrown over a cliff like a stone. Does that make you not a human, just a large stone?
