instead of facebook saying "300 friends" it should say "300 people I know", amirite?
by Anonymous14 years ago
300 people I know, maybe.*
by Anonymous14 years ago
Or "300 people I know of."
by Anonymous14 years ago
or maybe just "300 people"
by Anonymous14 years ago
i just deleted half the people i 'know' :)
by Anonymous14 years ago
*300 people ive heard of at least once in my lifetime.
by Anonymous14 years ago
Yeah but then that would get too personal and actually cause us to rethink who we are really friends with. Too much thinking for the people who don't think haha
by Anonymous14 years ago
Or 20 friends, 100 people I know, and 180 people people I know know.
by Anonymous14 years ago
300 people I might know.
by Anonymous14 years ago
Or 50 people I know, 250 people I've made eye contact with...
by Anonymous14 years ago
250 people I've never seen before in my life, 25 people in my chemistry class, 20 people from my middle school, and 5 relatives.
by Anonymous14 years ago
Anthony's says "300 people I fucked."
by Anonymous14 years ago
Why has Anthony only friended half the people he's fucked?
by Anonymous14 years ago
His Facebook friends are only the people he had anal sex with.
by Anonymous14 years ago
I wonder if jmayrod is on that list
by Anonymous14 years ago
I don't know, but I certainly am.
by Anonymous14 years ago
300 random Arabic guys who added you to stalk your profile + 100 acquaintances = no friends irl.
by Anonymous14 years ago
Oh come on. What the fuck. Has anyone on the internet ever NOT heard something along the lines of this? I am disappoint, seriously.
by Anonymous14 years ago
Oh come on. Seriously. What the heck? Has anyone on the internet ever NOT heard someone say they are "dissapoint"? I is upset, seriously.
by Anonymous14 years ago
Owned.
by Anonymous14 years ago
I'm getting tired of these POTDs. They get worse and worse on a daily basis.
by Anonymous14 years ago
why can't we be friends, why can't we be friends
by Anonymous14 years ago
This is a bit of a dissapointment. I've heard almost the exact same thing before
by Anonymous14 years ago
300 people who I've heard of, or possibly saw before.
by Anonymous14 years ago
All of my fb friends are people I've actually talked to, so mostly people I actually know but there are some random friend's friends and people from summer camp 3 years ago thatI could probably delete. . .
by Anonymous14 years ago
300 Spartans!
or
300 people I probably should know
by Anonymous14 years ago
potd? =/
by Anonymous14 years ago
150 friends, 100 acquaintances, 50 people i added because they had bikini profile pictures
by Anonymous14 years ago
27 people you've talked to before, 254 people who you know go to your school, 28 people you have quite a few mutual friends with, 55 people who added you and you accepted because they look familiar, 1 person with the same exact name as you that you friended just for that reason, and 5 people you think you're related to but you honestly have no idea who they are
by Anonymous14 years ago
Exactly. I see some chick with freaking 1000 friends, and I'm like "BITCH? I fucking doubt a FIFTH of those people are actually your FRIENDS." People treat Facebook friend amount as a freaking high score; they just NEED to get to that coveted 5000 friends. Once they've reached that, they can recline back in their chair and mutter to themselves, "Hey, I have more friends than the Facebook servers can handle! OHOHOHOHO! I'm so popular! How delightful!"
no.
by Anonymous14 years ago
how about just 300 people?
by Anonymous14 years ago
I am Mark Zuckerberg and what is this.

This is a post that has been awarded the coveted title of "Post of the Day" by amirite? creator Anthony Somethingruther. The Post of the Day is displayed at the top of the amirite? homepage, and a new Post of the Day shows up each day. The homepage of amirite? is similar to Facebook's "Top News" section of the homepage.
by Anonymous14 years ago
I would be more inclined to agree if the post read:
"Instead of facebook saying '300 friends' it should scream '300 friends', amirite?"
by Anonymous14 years ago
(Chauncy Pickles): You remind me of my English teacher. He always criticizes people who say "I'm going to eat a sandwich," for example, because he claims that you aren't actually GOING anywhere so you shouldn't say so. You should say "I plan to eat a sandwich." Yeah.
by Anonymous14 years ago
But wouldn't that be a frighteningly enjoyable experience?
by Anonymous14 years ago
50 friends, 100 acquaintances, 10 family members, and 140 people I have considered deleting but then realized they were too much fun to Facebook stalk.
by Anonymous14 years ago
You're so embarrassing!
by Anonymous14 years ago
I like how Linkedin calls it "300 connections"
by Anonymous14 years ago
lol not even. those people with 600-1000 friends just accept random adds it's so gay
by Anonymous14 years ago
thats so gay is so yesterday.
by Anonymous14 years ago
@1053422 (hai): you're so yesterday
by Anonymous14 years ago
SO YESTERDAY, SO YESTERDAY, HAVEN'T YOU HEARD THAT I'M GONNA BE OKAAAAAAY.
by Anonymous14 years ago
