How come ?? when you spend a whole lifetime for a moment of happines which goes away in a second or even less than that..

Well you have to enjoy the little things as they pass. You know birds chirping, sun on your skin. So from personal experience im more happy than I am sad and can snap back with ease if I ever get sad
