How does my t9 not have the word "dreamed" but have the word "ishlot" in it? amirite?
by Anonymous13 years ago
Because "dreamed" is not a real word.
The past tense of dream is dreamt. Not dreamed.

oh shit, forgot! but the idea of the post was that t9 has random useless words but not the more used ones
by Anonymous13 years ago
Actually, "dreamt" is the past tense, but "dreamed" is the present perfect tense. So "I dreamt about you last night" is correct, and "I have dreamed about you before" is also acceptable.

I tried to text my friend Jordan on T9. His name came out as "Korean."
Also- ever heard of "I Dreamed a Dream."

I get that so much!

Your Korean friend is your mom Jordan?

My old English teacher's name auto-corrected to Voldemort. Just throwing that out there.
And I'm obsessed with "I Dreamed a Dream" (and Les Mis in general, but particularly that song).
