No, not really. There would be the complication of the sound of all of our surrounding machinery, gadgets, and thingamajigs. Plus, you can't get animals, bugs, etc. to shut up either. I suppose when you say "moment of world peace," you mean it's like a giant calm sweeping over the globe. But literally, it wouldn't matter to you ― you can't hear the conversations of people in Germany or the clickety-clackety of the sewing machines of child laborers in China. If one wanted to have a moment of peace, you could just have surrounding neighbors be quiet. DON'T TAKE MY COMMENT AS AN ACTUAL ARGUMENT IT'S 2 AM AND I JUST FEEL LIKE RANTING AND DIGRESSING INTO OBLIVION
