-72 Going deaf would be worse than going blind, because when you're blind at least you can still listen to music and find a way to read, amirite?

Just pointing out that if you're deaf you can still read... I agree with the music part though.

Yeah, but I worry most about the music part haha.

hearing aids

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Hearing aids don't work that way.

I disagree. There are so many beautiful natural colors and wonders in this world that would be painful not to see.

I've heard that deaf people can feel the beat of a song through stereo and they can follow it by the vibration, I know obviously it isn't the same thing but still it's something. That might be wrong but not entirely sure.

No it's true. My dad uses a pair of headphones and turns the music all the way up. He also uses them to watch movies.

Yeah, both of my parents are deaf, and when one of their friends come over, their radio is turned up all the way, just so they can feel the beat.

Jw, how old were you when you learned to talk?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

My older brother and sister are also hearing, so they taught me. Plus I always stayed with my aunt before she moved to Kansa an had her own children, and uncles, grandparents, etc.

I'm pretty sure that's how Beethoven composed his pieces.

I would miss video games if I were blind

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I honestly hope everyone know that there is more to life than reading, listening to music and video games...

I plan on basing my career and the rest of my future on music, so I would rather be blind. And if you're blind, you can still talk to people normally too.
