+433 Looking good has very little to do with what you wear, and more with how you carry yourself. A person with an amazingly fashionable outfit who walks around hunched over is so much less attractive than a person in sweats with confident posture, amirite?

Sweats don't make you look very good, no matter how confident you are.

but they make you look better than bad posture does.

Meh, debatable.

no, really, I think sweats are the ugliest piece of clothing you can wear. But looking like you're all self-conscious without any confidence could be just as, if not more, self-destructive.

I guess we'll have to agree to disagree. In my personal every day experiences, I see the girls who are extremely confident and out going who wear sweats and leggings as pants, etc, and they look fine. They seem like okay people, but I dont necessarily think, "wow they look really good!" But when I see a more quiet or shy, not-so-confident girl who obviously put a lot of effort into her outfit, but walks around looking at the floor, I do think things like how she looks amazing.
