It's a bit annoying when people complain about teenagers being unhealthy for not going to a gym. Gyms charge the same membership fee for everyone, so you need a steady income for it, a luxury most teens don't have. Why don't they make gyms free for students, that way we might actually go? amirite?
I've never heard of people complaining about teenagers being unhealthy for not going to a gym. It's the older generations that are the real fat, unfit ones. Teenagers are actually less of a problem.
Sure, I'll just go for a jog in ENGLISH WEATHER.
Okay, yes some people can just go jogging. I however don't have the confidence to exercise outside just yet. I bet a few people are like that as well.
True, but there are those people out there who may say something hurtful and it's those kind of people that stop those who want to exercise in public doing so.
And it's a very sad thing those people exist.
Treadmills.
That cost hundreds of dollars and take up space or the ones you use in a gym?
I personally prefer running in fog and rain...
It's called Cross Country. I bet nearly all schools have a weight room. And I know my school's weight room is open Mon-Sat 5 AM to 8 PM.
Mine doesn't.
American schools tend to, not as common in other countries. Out of my entire county, only 2 schools have internal gyms for students, and one of them is a private academy.
Play a sport. Then you don't need to go to the gym. And usually college gym memberships are either pretty cheap or free.
That's in America, in England we tend to not have systems like that set up.
don't eat taco bell and drink soda all day and you shouldn't even need to work out
I think you assumed a teensy bit all teenagers parents buy them whatever they want.
No, You both took the smart phone thing way too literally. I don't even have one. I'm just saying people have their parents buy them things but when it comes to a gym membership they want it to be free...and EVEN THEN they wouldn't go..trust me. Or don't... maybe you should just read the first comment on this post...you'd understand. And I NEVER assumed that, you just made something COMPLETELY different out of what I said.
Stop eating junk food every day and go for a walk every day or two. It's not that hard to be "healthy" when you are a teenager. You just need to eat relatively healthy and take a sport.
