+360 It's a bit annoying when people complain about teenagers being unhealthy for not going to a gym. Gyms charge the same membership fee for everyone, so you need a steady income for it, a luxury most teens don't have. Why don't they make gyms free for students, that way we might actually go? amirite?

It's called Cross Country. I bet nearly all schools have a weight room. And I know my school's weight room is open Mon-Sat 5 AM to 8 PM.

Mine doesn't.

American schools tend to, not as common in other countries. Out of my entire county, only 2 schools have internal gyms for students, and one of them is a private academy.

I've never heard of people complaining about teenagers being unhealthy for not going to a gym. It's the older generations that are the real fat, unfit ones. Teenagers are actually less of a problem.

don't eat taco bell and drink soda all day and you shouldn't even need to work out

Play a sport. Then you don't need to go to the gym. And usually college gym memberships are either pretty cheap or free.

Stop eating junk food every day and go for a walk every day or two. It's not that hard to be "healthy" when you are a teenager. You just need to eat relatively healthy and take a sport.
