Actually, the Soviets were probably the first photoshoppers, during the Purges. Google "young Stalin." Handsome guy, right? Not really, when he was young, he was pretty gross. Also, in the propaganda posters, there were originally about five guys, but once one of them got executed, like Trotsky, they erased his image from the photo. I know they didn't use the program, but they still make the argument invalid.
