What's weirder is calling your older male teacher grandpa... Luckily he had bad enough hearing he didn't catch it.

I once called my teacher "mum" in the beginning of second grade, then I felt really afraid because I thought she'd get angry. She just smiled and continued the lesson. :D
And she kept a reminder how scary can be that word so she was that night more carefully using some safety in bed? :3

My mom was a substitute for one of my classes once and she told me to call her Mrs. (our last name). I called her mom instead. Did your mom want you to call her Mrs. (insert your last name).
omg in the middle of class i was like "WAIT MOM!" and she got mad and infront of everyone she was like "DONT CALL ME MOM!!" >.< oh god.
