He would actually have had to add an "'re" to the end of "you" to make it correct. Your is possessive, which means you want to say that the age is his/hers, not that s/he is at that age

Can we all just stop being so particular about grammar? If a sixteen year old makes a mistake in grammar, NOBODY CARES, yet when someone about my age makes the same mistake, everyone has to point out the fact that that person is twelve years old. And if we use correct grammar/punctuation/spelling/usage, people don't treat us any differently. So we tend to give up.

I wasnt the 'normal' 12 year old. i Loved reading (still do). I wanted to be either an astronomer, archeologist, or egyptlogist (i think thats how you spell that word. its a person who study egypt) I also was REALLY into mythology like the greek gods etc etc.. (Btw if there is a job of all you do is study mythology someone please tell me) I Didnt really see myself in "groups" I was friends with everyone . Ex: one of my friends were kinda "emo" ( Wannabe may i correct) i also had "popular friends" ,unpopular friends, geeky friends, preppy friends, quiet friends etc.....i also got straight A's.If i may say i was the best kind of 12 year old there has ever been =) ( also i wasnt like a little slut some girls were when the would go out with boy after boy i didnt even have a boyfriend) Good old me..

Ok, I think being 12 is all right if you don't try to fit in and just be yourself. Wow, that sounded corny. Let me start again. Basically, as a 12 year old, I hate some people my age. They either try to be 'popular' and date and put on way to much makeup. '& sum of dem type luke dis!!!!!!!!!'
