I am confused. Is there ever a point to formspring? Is there a point to this place? What is even the point of saying something to someone if you would not be willing to say it if you had an identity? What is the point of any of it really? I think everything is either pointless or there is a point to everything its just a matter of if we get the point or if we never even realise there was a point to get.

The way I see it, I find criticism useful in the sense that I can improve from it. But the crap posted on formspring is completely useless. Nothing good comes out of reading "You're an ugly bitch go die in a hole". It's a way to make you feel terrible about yourself, or at least mildly ticked off without any self improvement involved. That's why I don't have a formspring. And in all honestly, I wouldn't really prefer that they say that shit to my face, even if they are thinking it... Nor do I really understand why anyone would, there's a reason we give each other the decency of respect in public.
