I wassomething's as gonna buy something on eBay that was $9.99 but the shipping was almost $28. I was like hell no.

Shipping has nothing to do with the item, other than its size. Unless it's of an abnormally large size, or even of an abnormal fragility, the shipping is the minimum that can be for that firm or location. Just because you order incredibly cheap items does not mean it doesn't cost anything to package it and ship it all over the fucking country or state.

I understand why, basically what Nacklefoodle said, but it still sucks - when Hot Topic (yeah, I know, I know) have their online sale and clearance, they have really cheap backpacks and stuff, but the cost to ship it to Australia is way more than I'd save.
