+52 When you're in the showers and you turn on hot water, the curtains seem to magically gravitate towards your skin. amirite?

I have shower doors. If they began to gravitate towards me out of that shower faster than when my dad runs the hot water faucet in the kitchen.

Actually, they do. I read about it in An Abundance of Katherine's a couple of years ago, but I don't completely remeber it. Something about the heeat making it like a mini hurricane int he shower..

its the convection currents creating a vacuum. like when people snap their gum. when the hot air rises out of the top, if the space on the sides of the curtain is smaller then the space on top for the hot air to leave then it just sucks the curtain right up; hot air leaving the shower faster then the cool air can fill it back up. but all i know is, that its annoying as hell.
