yes, because blogging and play video games makes you lazy. You will take that back with this "lazy generation" brings about new technological advances that help medical research, education, economics, and several other important aspects of your cushy life. How if blogging any different from a diary? How are video games different from playing with dolls? If anything they are better, blogging improves grammar skills and typing speed, while video games increase hang eye coordination and problem solving skills. And you can't say that bloggers and gamers are couch potatoes, because there are so many different ways to game and blog that you can dictate a blog while running, and use your body as a game controller.

Lets just hope the future(youth)of this country knows how to take care of their own shit. Lazy or not, this country is fucked up. You'd think we as people would stop being stupid and make some positive changes. Books are good, the internet can tell you alot but can't teach you everything. When the world really goes to hell, lets hope our youth knows how to survive in the face of despair. video games can't teach you that, only give you an idea of what it may be like.
