The only reason straight guys feel uncomfortable around gay guys is because gay guys are attracted to guys, there are no other reasons that straight guys could feel this way around gay guys. Every straight chick doesn't feel attracted to every guy she comes across, same with gay guys. Just because they're gay doesn't mean they're gonna try to fuck every penis they can possibly come across, would you fuck every female you come across? I didn't think so...

It's not that I feel threatened by them. It's kind of hard to explain, it's not like there is one specific thing about them. I dont have a problem with them nor do I think badly of them, it's just kind of uncomfortable. I can't relate to them at all and... I don't have any real reasons. It's one of those things that just IS.

Since when do gay guys = straight girls? Never. Guys who don't like gays feel that way because it's a person with the same physicality as them, and guys are supposed to be macho and manly or whatever. Girls are not expected to be macho. The situation is entirely different.

Yes, but that is not the only thing they have in common. Gay guys tend to be more feminine than straight guys, therefore even more resembling a girl, but they ARE NOT female. They are physically male, and straight guys see and understand this, but as I said, most guys are generally expected to be macho and manly, by society. That standard is not expected for girls. Simply because they share their sexual preference doesn't mean that guys should feel the same way about a gay guy as they would about a straight girl.

Not saying that your friend HAS to like you, but a lot of the time guys aren't physically attracted to a girl who is bisexual or a lesbian, but other lesbians/bisexuals are.
