This is so weird but but millions of years ago, whales were once land animals!! In a textbook at my school there is a picture of one. Very odd... Imagine a whale with legs!

They still have legs, adding onto your fun fact. If you look at a skeleton of one they do have a pelvis, hips, and legs. They're just very tiny and are on the inside of their bodies.
