I don't think it's about "apologising", I think it's about having conviction in your post - that you're prepared to back it up, and willing to have your percentage right lowered. Like, I know that having an account isn't really a step up from Anonymous - it's still the Internet, you're still pretty much in control of how much people know about you. I usually troll with this account, too.
