I googled this and only found a story about a nine year old girl who was playing a game with her friends at the time. Sick and twisted is a bit of an over-reaction surely?

You can still sort of see it. The image is blurred out, but you can tell where she was laying down. It's at Middle Road, Worcester, United Kingdom.
