It would be more like, "Who the fuck are you!?" "Wherefore art thou, Romeo?" actually means, "who are you," not "where are you."

Actually, the meaning behind it wasn't even "where/who" are you, it was "Why are you" when taken into context with the rest of the passage. As in "Why are you a Montague?" So she'd be saying "Why the fuck you batting for the other team?!" or something wary
