I've discovered that hitting softballs also releases stress. Well, for me anyway. Just something about hitting that ball (while pretending it's someone/something you hate)....

Practice breaking boards.... nothing crazy like concrete but balsa and pine snaps fairly easily. Glue two squares together to make a rectangle then punch through the glue line. Or take a stick to it. But piñata a better by far.
