Girls are compulsive liars. They wear makeup, that's not how your face looks. They wear high heels, theyre not that tall. They dye their hair, it's not that color, amirite?

First of all, the makeup girls wear generally doesn't completely change the face. I wear makeup sometimes because I don't like having a huge zit on my cheek, and my eyes look prettier if I wear a little mascara. Does that mean my face is completely different? No. It looks pretty much the same, but accents my best features. Second, girls a lot of times wear heels because there's more variety in them than in flats and because they improve your posture (at the moment, in the long run they fuck it up). Third, dying your hair can be really fun. I have pink bangs, and it's something I do to have a little more color in how I look. Am I lying, saying it's natural? No. And a lot of girls who dye their hair will tell you it's not natural when it's dyed. You're an idiot.

Not all girls. I wear very little makeup so that my natural face shows through, I don't wear heels and I am that tall (5'10") and I don't dye my hair. Don't lump us all together. That's worse than what you call "lying".
