I can tell you from experience that teachers gossip about students to their other classes.

i'm sure they do because when i walked into one class at the beginning of the year and i didn't even know the teacher and she called me by my name.

rofl id rather have that then have the teacher not know my name. my 1 teacher in highschool called me steve for the first 4 months i was in her class, granted she was dumb and played favorites pretty hard, but id atleast like you to know my name after 100+days of class

Steve really? xD I've never had that happen to me. most teachers seem to know my name before i even am in there class and when they do mix up my name i usually get Brittany.

One teacher called the only female black student in the school "Chantel" for the longest time.

I used to stay after school sometimes and my teacher would always have others visiting and they would gossip plenty.

I helped out the offices in my school throughout the past two years. and the do. it's one of the greatest things ever.

I think it's worse at a small school. I had a teacher ask me if one of my friends was still dating her boyfriend... it wasn't public knowledge that they were together.

I always have stuff to do after school and yeah, they gossip about us. Once I had a great SS presentation and halfway through the school day two other teachers had already complimented me on it. There's normally a couple gossipy ones and some who just keep to themselves
