+256 In movies, whenever someone knocks something over, there's this slow-mo realization moment and then they catch it. In real life, you stand paralyzed as it's happening, (in normal speed) unable to do anything, until it crashes to the floor and, after a delayed reaction of "oh, i probably should've caught that", you're just like "ffffff--", amirite?

For a turtle you sure are fast! I do the same.... Dear op, when that happens in movies the character doesn't see it in slow motion. The character in the story sees it in real time. The only reason they do it in slow motion is to make it look epic or something. With that being said, you can video tape yourself with your dead cat like reflexes and slow motionize it....
