-63 It's weird how random white British people (Jeff Beck, Robert Plant, Eric Clapton) just fell in love with the blues, amirite?

I think it's pretty cool. But wasn't Plant in Led Zeppelin? I'm not totally sure if I'd consider that "blues."

Ya

Ah, I see. Nice name, by the way...

Yes, Led Zeppelin has many blues songs, along with folk and hard rock. Listen yo When the Levee Breaks for a good example of Zeppelin doing blues.

I love that song, but I never actualy saw it as being blues-y.

I Can't Quit You and some sections of Dazed and Confused, Custard Pie, and Trampled Underfoot fall into that category too. You can probably hear it in those songs better.

Okay cool! I haven't heard Custard Pie; I'll have to look that one up [:

:D Hope you enjoy.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I'm sure I will!

And the beginning of Bring it on home

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Ah I'll have to listen to that one!

Weird and AMAZING.

I didn't say it was bad

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I didn't say you said it was bad. :O Now this is where you say "I didn't say you SAID that I said it was bad." And we just go back and forth forever.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Well, I didn't say you said that I said that it was bad

Keith Richards loved blues since he was young, from what I can tell. I don't find it weird, though.
