+613 Shows on Nickelodeon and Disney Channel constantly recycle the plotlines of other shows; for example, there is always an episode where the main character is dating a significant other, but wants to break up with them. For whatever reason, they can't, so they make themselves unappealing so the SO will break up with them. Something goes wrong, and in the end, a mutual seperation occurs. amirite?

Exactly. And basically every show is about a teen being super successful and having an exciting life in some kind of way. And most of their times, their attempts of them having cool lives are a fail. They should have TV shows about teens having regular but relatable (is that a word?) lives.

Theres always an episode where the main character gets invited to a party or something, their parents tell them they can't go, so they just tell their friends to hang out in their room.

Or the one where they do something bad, like accidentally burning down a children's hospital, and they lie to their parents about it. In the end, the parents aren't mad that hundreds of helpless children are dead, but that their own child lied to them

There's always an episode about someone meeting their favorite celebrity then they turn out to be a jerk. And alot of episodes involve a secret prom/party.

Or the whole irresponsibility show where the kid is trusted with a credit card or $500 or something, and they blow it off. Then they have to find a way to pay everything back before their parents find out but in the end, everything is okay and the parents just say they want their child to be more honest.

Or when the parents go away for the weekend, and the kids want to throw a wild party, and when they do a million kids come and start ruining the house, and then the parents have to come home early for some random reason and the kids have to clean everything up really fast and the parents find like, a chip or something. "What's this chip doing on the couch? DID YOU HAVE A WILD PARTY WHILE WE WERE AWAY?!"
