I've actually seen that happen. Some redneck chick took like a half hour pee in the handicapped stall and the girl in front of me was in a wheel chair. The redneck was soooo red when she came out.

I was at the mall this weekend and I really needed to pee. (I have a service dog, and I'm not being a snob about this, I really can't fit the dog into a normal stall with me. I've tried.) I walked into the restroom just in time to see this lady in high heels head into the handicapped stall. Normally I wouldn't say anything, but I really needed to use the bathroom, so I said "excuse me?" She got all flustered and hurried into another stall. I felt bad about embarrassing her, but at the same time, I really need to use that stall.

i dont like using the handicap stalls... sometimes the toilets are too high.
