Yikes. If the mother was human everything would just be all around painful. Sex with a GIANT? OUCH. Pregnancy with a GIANT BABY!? OOOOUCH. I... I don't even want to THINK about delivery. If her vagina didn't already explode from the sex, it would have for the delivery. For sure.

I've always wondered how that was possible.. I figured it was some sort of plot hole in the series, but I guess it works out okay with the giant being the woman.
