Yeah, but the government is still a little iffy. When the aboriginal's numbers lower I bet they will jump on it :)

Yeah, they have a right to do that. Aboriginals are protected by the Canadian government. If anyone else tried to do that they would need building permits, land permits, multiple fishing licenses, etc.
