When you normally put emphasis on something, you capitalize it (like "I LOVE that song!"). Well then it bothers you when you want to put emphasis on the word "I", becuase if you capitalize it, it just looks like the regular word. amirite?

You don't need to emphasise the "I." "You know who loves this song? ME!" ...In retrospect, that does look pretty clumsy.
