Irony.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

No... Irony is not someone doing one letter wrong when mentioning things people say. If I was complaining about spelling and grammer rather then content then yes.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

than* you're talking about how education failed someone, yet you make the same mistake twice AFTER being corrected the first time. so yes, this is ironic.

except then was right in that comment.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

oh and just to further the reason why you have no right to comment on someone else's miseducation, it's grammar, not grammer.

Eh, spelling has never been a strong point for me. Always been one for debating and discussing things in person more then the internet for the reason of my slip ups.

"My God, education has failed them." Yes. Irony.

Would you discredit something said by a dyslexic for not being spelt perfect? Would you tell a deaf person off for pronoucing something wrong? I admit I'm hardly the best for literacy but I measure content more then how it is conveyed. When I'm not using my phone or a computer I am at my best. Education is not just teaching you to dot your i's and cross your t's, it is giving you the skills to function in life and social situations.
