I'm always like, "EVERYONE SHUT UP!!!" because for some reason I feel like if a cop sees you talking in your car he will assume you're being reckless. I also just smile an try to avoid eye contact.

Because a phrase that has been around since Driver's Ed began is now invalid? I guarantee that 99%, if not more, of cops on the force were taught 10 and 2; therefore it would be natural for them to see a driver in that position and consider them safe. Nice try?
