She felt that amirite.net was consuming too much of her time, so she quit being a mod and left. She still plans to be on chat sometimes though.

Ah...O.K this is my fault. lol. She'll be back, I had to quit twice before I finally did... and then 2 months later I am back. I'm on a mission though, I need to make post of the day once before I make my exit again. lol

Amiritis is not something to be taken lightly, withdrawal symptoms are severe. I went through it and the urge to return as you are thinking of new posts every 10 minutes can overpower you. She will be back soon, don't worry and then build up the strength to leave again. But I hope she doesn't return soon because I'd rather her focus on school. I told her about how amirite fucked me up last semester. :P

I don't care. I'm mature enough to take constructive criticism. It is a part of life and anywhere you work and anywhere you go it is bound to happen. Some people deal with criticism better than others, but I'm always honest and upfront with everyone and don't suck up regardless of who they are. You can either get pissed at me or take a look and consider if it is important and or not and give me some respect for being real with you. Can you imagine a CEO who's board of directors nodded and agreed with him all the time even when he was wrong because they were afraid of getting fired? The company would be doomed to fail.
