Someone who's intersex (hermaphrodite is a term for plants/animals) is generally assigned a gender at birth, based on chromosomes or primary sex organs. So, it would an intersex female, or intersex male, but intersex on it's own isn't a sex.
But I do know there are gender-neutral names for siblings, just as their are gender-neutral pronouns (ze or hir) and gender-neutral titles (Mx. instead of Mr. or Ms.)
What if you're introducing them? Or someone asks if you're related to the, or something? Like "This is my brother/sister" or "She's/He's my sister/brother"?
HERMIE!

I thought about Hermione
