+125 It's overwhelmingly annoying when you call an 1-800 customer service number to ask a question/sort out a problem, and you get stuck with the automated voice system that doesn't know jack squat and doesn't understand that saying 'representative' or pressing the number '0' button means transfer me to a live person, amirite?
