I caught a snapping turtle that was so big that it looked more like a komodo dragon with a shell...and was so scarred for life that I haven't been fishing since :P.

A fishing pole. The same one that I lost when I was 6 and was supposed to be watching while my mom went inside for five minutes. A fish ate the bait, got hooked, and sped away while I ran after the fishing pole until the pole went off the pier and into the lake.

Then we fished it back two years later :D
