+444 It's weird how your body is mostly warm while in bed at night, but a certain part of your body is still cold...like your butt or the tips of your toes, amirite?

My feet are always cold when I go to bed. I have an extra blanket that I use just to cover my feet.

I just wear socks lol

If I wear socks I end up waking up in the middle of the night feeling too hot. It's too hard to find a nice balance.

Or the part that isn't under the blanket?

Blood goes mostly to the center of your body to warm it therefore it draws away from the extremities(hands, feet, etc) making them cold.

Well, when you sleep your internal body temperature drops a degree, so I guess it makes sense to feel cold as you're falling asleep... (no sarcasm intended; plz correct me if i'm wrong!)

its even worse when you cover your blanket with that part only and then the part of your body that was once hot is now freezing...
