Beautiful girls can get away with everything. Ugly girls get ridiculed for everything, amirite?
by Anonymous12 years ago
I've noticed in my school that a lot of the "preps" get away with more things than non preps do. Example- we've had really amazingly warm weather these past couple of days (odd for Washington), so a lot of people have been wearing shorts. We have a rule at my school against short shorts, but the preps wear them anyway. I never see them get talked to by an authority, but I always hear about a less popular girl getting in trouble for wearing short shorts.

I hate that. I get in trouble for wearing a skirt two inches above my knee, and a pretty/skinny girl can get away with booty shorts that just barely cover what its supposed to.

A beautiful girl judges an ugly girl and gets called an insensitive bitch. An ugly girl judges a beautiful girl and is called a "hero."
by Anonymous12 years ago
Just wondering, but how would you judge a beautiful girl? I've never seen anyone talk rudely towards someone just because she's beautiful.
by Anonymous12 years ago
"she's beautiful, therefore she's a mean bitch who gets everything she wants."
by Anonymous12 years ago
Oh I see. That's stupid though since no one can choose what they look like.
by Anonymous12 years ago
To a point, you can choose what you look like.

As far as health and hygiene, yes. But the majority is genetics and there are some things you just can't change about yourself where one would be considered ugly.
by Anonymous12 years ago
But you can still make yourself decently attractive. It's about drawing attention to those attractive features, not masking the unattractive ones.
by Anonymous12 years ago
Everyone is given different features, but beauty depends on what you do with said features. If you don't put any effort forward, you'll be considered ugly. Anyone can be attractive if they really want to.
No, that's not a challenge to find pictures of unrealistically obese and hideous people. (if they wanted to, they could turn themselves around, anyhoo)
by Anonymous12 years ago
I agree, but you know the "real girls" think that wearing makeup and caring about your looks makes you fake..
by Anonymous12 years ago
"real girls" = stuck up bitches. There's nothing wrong with make up, I wear it almost everyday myself. It's fun, and I like to know I look smokin', haha.
It's hella more fake to act like make up isn't a normal or respectable thing.
by Anonymous12 years ago
Yeah I agree with you, but there really are some things you can't change about yourself...to a certain extent you can mask your flaws.
by Anonymous12 years ago
Tell me bout it, sista, I be cursed with a big butt.
My point wasn't that you can change anything if you want, it was that you can enhance what you have if you want. In otherwords, turn your "negatives" into positives and bring out the best of yourself.
Agh, I'm so cheezy.
by Anonymous12 years ago
It's rare, but some people can't be physically beautiful. I know that changes in hair, weight, fashion sense, walk, makeup, and demeanor can do a lot. But what if they can't lose weight or have a naturally strange body type they can't change, or a naturally hideous face that can't be modified besides plastic surgery? It happens sometimes. You can't modify everything.
by Anonymous12 years ago
There are always exceptions to everything, but if you try to make yourself beautiful in your eyes and accept yourself, I think that's good enough. You don't have to be a supermodel to be pretty, and just because someone might not be able to reach that level doesn't mean they're completely hopeless.
STOP MAKING ME BE CHEEZY D:

I wouldn't go to that extreme and say they get away with EVERYTHING, but I do agree with you. Prettier people on average just have the easier end of life. When you're beautiful, people instantly respect you and automatically assume you're fun and interesting, when really, the most amazing people I know aren't gorgeous or stunning. They're normal, but it's their fantastic personalities that make them shine. When you're plain, average, or even down right ugly, people need you to prove your worthy of friendship. When you're beautiful, people crave you're attention.

at my school, an ugly girl complained that a teacher was touching/flirting with her and nothing happened. a pretty girl complained that he looked at her funny and he got fired. fucking what?
by Anonymous12 years ago
I agree, man :|

I forgot my book one day in class, it was the 1st time I had done that, and was yelled at by my teacher. The prettiest, and meanest, girl in my school forgets to bring her book more than twice a week and gets away with it. It sucks.
by Anonymous12 years ago
This doesn't seem to happen at my school. The ugliest girls are the ones who wear the least clothing. And although they are ridiculed for it by teachers and students behind their backs and are looked down upon, no one takes any action against them such as giving them a warning. But these aren't the ugly girls with good personalities, ones you would like--they have ugly personalities too. And are really fat.
by Anonymous12 years ago
Least clothing? As in halfnaked sluts?
The bitter, unattractive girls are the worst, haha. I try to be nice to them and they practically bite my head off.
by Anonymous12 years ago
Yes, half naked sluts. They only get banged because they're easy, and some guys have very low standards.
Bitter, unattractive girls? I've heard of those but haven't seen a lot of them recently. They don't sound so good. I guess they need people to tell them they're beautiful or something.
by Anonymous12 years ago
Oh, a lot of the time it's the "attractive girls" who dress like sluts, although there are a few of the less attractive ones at my school who should stick to clothes that cover more. :S
There's a bunch of unattractive ...weirdos, haha, that are so disliked mostly because of their attitude at my school. I tend to dislike anyone who doesn't wash their hair, though.
by Anonymous12 years ago
And what about attractive and ugly boys? Is there not a lot of discrimination against ugly boys?
