+500 Mother's Day is probably pretty awkward for teen moms who had accident babies, amirite?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

why?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Even more awkward for aborted fetuses.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

"Dear mom, Thanks for not aborting me. YOU ROCK! love, accident child"

by Anonymous 12 years ago

No baby is an accident.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

You were an accident.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Hey, actually I wasn't, thanks.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I was an accident.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

No, you weren't.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Oh, I can promise you I was.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Hah. No, you can't. Maybe to your parents you were... but they're not all that exists, are they? How could you know that some force in the universe didn't mean for you to be born? That's right, you can't.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

1. If it's an accident to those most directly responsible for it, it's an accident. If I want someone to, for example, spill a cup of coffee, and they do, just because someone wants it to happen doesn't make it less of an accident on their part. 2. I chill with Jesus, and he's assured me that I'm right.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Okay, so, if you believe in God and Jesus, then don't you believe that He controls the universe? I mean, He doesn't cause every single little thing to happen, but it does say in the Bible that He knows every child before it's born and that He chooses the parents for it. Therefore, God chose your birth to happen, no matter if your parents didn't.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

First of all, that was a joke. Secondly, I'm Agnostic; I sort of believe in God and Jesus, to a lesser extent believe in Heaven, and chock the bible up there with Hinduism, Buddhism and Rastafarianism. Fine for those who believe in them, but too "out there" for me.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I was gonna say... you have some pretty messed-up Christian ideas. Whatever. Think what you want.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

You spelt 'know' wrong, and thanks; I will.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

...where? You spelled "spelled" wrong. Lol.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

"Spelt" is a word, buddy. And you see, you said "think what you want", but I don't "think I'm right", I know I'm right... I hate having to explain jokes.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I'm not your buddy. And yes, "spelt" is a word. Spelt is a species of wheat. And I guess, depending on where you live, you could use "spelt" as a variation "spelled," but it's very uncommon.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Oh, and I know I'm right, too.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

@1222442 (Cheesie): Listen pal, why don't you just SUCK MY DICtionary.com link, proving that "spelt" is, in fact, a proper synonym for "spelled" :http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/spelt . And that's very unfortunate, because I consider us great buddies. It's just too bad you obviously don't know what "know" means, or at least I hope you don't, because then you have thoroughly convinced yourself of a very untrue "fact". Oh, and while you're sucking dictionaries, why don't you check the third definition of accident: http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/accident .

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Wow, I don't think you can read. I said, "And I guess, depending on where you live, you could use "spelt" as a variation "spelled," but it's very uncommon." meaning, "We don't usually say that in the U.S. so I've hardly ever heard it before." And no, I will not suck dictionaries, because unlike you who has to look up definitions, I actually know what those words mean. And NOWHERE did I spell the word "know" wrong. And since we both have different opinions, maybe I think YOU'VE convinced yourself of a very untrue "fact." I can't change your mind, and you can't change mine, so I think it's best we leave it at this.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I know what you said, but I still linked for two reasons. The first is that I wanted to tell you to suck my dictionary. Lol. The second is that it's really, really quite a common word, which I've heard many times in England, Canada and even, surprise surprise, the grand old US of A. And I'm very familiar with most, if not all ,of the words of the English language. I just thought it would be easier to show you proof you were incorrect than asking you to take my word for it. Also, for the last bloody time, that :you spelled 'know' wrong thing" was a joke. A joke based on truth, but a joke nonetheless. And opinion has nothing to do with fact. You can think Godzilla lives in your closet for all I care, that won't change that I'm correct in saying otherwise. According to the very definition of accident, I've been right all along.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

REALLY? We're arguing over the use of a WORD? How pathetic. All I'm saying is, how can you say that MY opinion isn't fact but you can say that YOURS is? That doesn't make sense, but everyone loves you for standing up to me, someone who has somewhat conservative views, and everyone hates me for it. Thanks, everyone.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Okay, let me try to put this into Laymans terms; if my opinion is that the earth is round, and yours is that it is flat, it's not so much the opinions I'm focusing on, but the cold hard facts of it. Ad if it makes you feel any better, I don't hate you. In fact, I respect you for continuing to argue your opinion despite it not being the popular one. I'm just very, how can I say this nicely, condescending when I'm tired and anonymous. Also, I enjoy arguing for sport, so thank you for actually putting some effort into this.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Really, I wouldn't argue about something that had cold, hard facts attached to it, like saying the Earth is round or flat. But, since we're arguing about something that is hard to prove either way, I think it's open to debate and I'm just voicing my opinions, as are you.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Yes, and when the Earth was first discovered to be flat, those who knew it war argued against those who "knew" it wasn't. It's really not hard to prove, just simple science.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

We have different opinions. Let's agree to disagree, and no hard feelings?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I was

by Anonymous 12 years ago

NOBODY was an accident. God. Get it through your heads. There is a reason for every baby to be conceived. By that I mean that everyone has a purpose in life. Since everyone has a purpose, everyone was conceived for a reason. Just because your parents didn't plan you doesn't mean something else didn't.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Sorry, unplanned. I was unplanned..

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Now, people can be unplanned. But I just think that everyone comes to this Earth for a reason.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I'm not trying to get into this big debate or anything but "I just think that everyone comes to this Earth for a reason" is just your opinion. I mean you can't prove that everyone has a purpose, it's just your outlook so you can't really use that to back up your definition of accident.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Basically, everyone who has a different opinion than mine has a different outlook. Anyone who has a different opinion than you has a different outlook. So we could all be saying we're all right, and none of us could be. I'm just telling everyone what I think is right. And they all hate me for it, even though THEY'RE totally allowed to voice their own opinions and bash mine. Thanks, world.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Ok I'm just saying that I think the reason people reacted how they did is because you used your opinion as if it were proof.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I don't see how you can prove that everyone was conceived for a reason. Also, I was an accident as well.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I'm actually really good friends with a girl who is pregnant right now, her parents bought her a book on pregnancy and a huge box of condoms as a joke

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I'm a pregnant teen right now, and yes it is awkward.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

A girl in my sister's class is pregnant. I wouldn't care much, except she's 14. BUT SHE'S MEXICAN AND POOR!

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I feel it would be more emotional than awkward.
