+382 It's annoying how some girls at school are told they need to change clothes because they violate the rules, but other girls can get away with wearing microscopic shorts and tank tops without anybody saying a word, amirite?

This happens at my school all the time. Girls get caught for a hole in their jeans, then other girls -- who play sports -- get by with tiny gym shorts. It's not fair.

We talked about this in school...and apparently, the heavier you are, the more offensive it gets. Even if this was true, there shouldn't be exceptions for certain people.

Yeah I feel like more voluptuous girls get in trouble for low necklines, same goes for tall girls in shorts.

That's not really anybody's fault though... A teacher just isn't going to notice a girl w/a 8 year old's body's nonexistent cleavage. Double Ds on the other hand...

yeah I know. That's what I kind of meant? :/ like shorts seem shorter on girls with longer legs and whatnot.

Eh, Life's not fair. Bodies are different. It's not different outside high school.

This happens at my school so much. I always get in trouble for wearing low cut shirts, but the goodie goodie girls with smaller boobs can wear shirts waaaaay lower than mine and no one cares. Double standards are great.

I get away with shorts that don't pass the fingertip rule (x by the time you're in 8th grade, as long as you dont have any strict teachers, you get away with everything as long as it's not too bad. Example A: if my ass was hanging out of my shorts someone would say something, but otherwise who cares?

My school is loose on fashion, which is why the ugliest, fattest girls are the most scantily clad. Regardless of the temperature.

One time I went to school in a thin strap tank top, with a vest over it that fit the rules, and I was told to go change. And I have no boobs at all.

They need to change the fingertip rule. Some girls have hands that end near their waist and could walk around in almost nothing. Mine go to an inch or two above my knees,

I agree. It's supposed to make it more equal for girls that have longer or shorter legs, but it just changed it so it's not equal for longer or shorter arms.

My school doesn't really care. People are pretty good about dressing appropriately, though. They figure that high school kids can dress themselves like adults and unless it's a really big problem, then they let us do what we want.

yeah i mean my school if you have holes in yours jeans at the knee you have to change while other girls look like fucking hookers
