+220 It's really annoying when you type in the web address you want to visit and you do something while you are waiting for it to load, and you go back to the computer and it hasn't loaded because you need to click on "Enter this site" or whatever. Of course I want to visit the site, otherwise I wouldn't have typed it into the web address bar! amirite?

Why, of course, YES YOU ARE! :) hehe you just got the awesome exciting notification circle :P

That's because it doesn't know when you're done. If you'd typed in amirite.net and wanted to really go to amirite.net/user/anthony how would it know until you pressed enter?

If you wanted to go to amirite.net/user/anthony you would type in amirite.net/user/anthony. I'm talking about when you have already pressed the enter key on the keyboard, some sites, you need to click on "Enter this site" on the screen.

Ooooh, I see what you mean, maybe like the websites for films and whatnot? There's a reason they do that. When it's an all-flash site it's necessary to have that button, and most of the time when they switch to HTML they either make one on force of habit or forget it's unnecessary. Other times it's to make sure you're on the right site, because there are many variants of spelling a certain website and sometimes a typo can absolutely change your destination (and for the worst, like outube.com).

Yeah, but I have been to other websites where they do it. Why do they do it?
