The High school I went to allowed us to have them in class (which was a big deal for us after middle school, and I'm not sure how most schools are about that) and most people just preferred to carry their stuff in their backpack all day, as opposed to going to their locker between every class for their books.

Ohh, still carrying around a 20lb backpack would be more annoying then stopping at your locker

My school doesn't have lockers. We didn't have them in middle school or high school.

I stopped wearing one in grade 9, but in definitely getting one for senior year, to much shit for to small of lockers

Oh, our lockers are somewhat large, so we have no need for backpacks.

My locker is literally 1.5 feet deep, 1 foot wide, and maybe 5.5 feet tall
