It is actually. Sadly, it's something I've heard a lot of people saying before the election.

Bleh. I didn't vote for the ANC- but my vote went towards forming a pretty damn solid opposition.

I know, but a lot of South Africans feel like if they're not voting for the winner, then they wasted a vote. I tried to explain that to someone that they're just wasting their vote anyway but he didn't buy it. :/
