Ok, protip everyone - buy the bigger size and resize it. It's not hard, all you have to do is put it in inside out, and then pin it or mark it where you want to sew it, and then take it off and sew it in while it's inside out.
Also works well for people who are broad shoulders, like me, who want shirts to fit their shoulders but not be baggy, or women with large breasts who want their shirt to fit their breasts comfortably, and then resize the torso in.

Im in between sizes at stores like Hollister and Amercian Eagle. That's one of the reasons I dont shop there haha.
