Soy milk is one of the most heavily processed foods currently allowed to be sold, it's one reason why I don't drink it.

I drink soy milk made from a soy milk making machine. So mine only contains soy beans and water. (:

Oh really? That sounds cool. I was referring to commercial soy milk where they have to put the soybean through leaps and bounds to make the final product.
