This is a touchy subject, something I would avoid posting on here. Basically, you're trying to reveal to everyone and have everyone stop hiding that they do it. It's kinda complicated. But it's like posting, "Everyone picks their nose." Now you may do it, and you may think that other people do it, but it's something you should probably keep in your thoughts, not to share.
