Not as easily; you'd need a kennel license. Cats are collectible because they don't require walks. But I've met dog ladies too.

Really??? I'll have to tell my grandma that. She has a ridiculous ammount of pets. But she takes super good care of them, she even gives them people vitamins and brushes their teeth. Well, the dogs anyway. Not like a cat or a bird or a snake could swallow vitamins or let you brush their teeth.
