Unless you have Verizon, where they can transfer all your contacts onto your new phone. ;D

It's been so long since I've had a new phone. I know they could do that if you had the phone, but what if your phone gets destroyed? (Like dropped in a lake or down the toilet or something) can they do it without actually having your physical phone?
