It's ironic because non-biodegradable things are not as easy to get rid of, so you're actually making the dog poop more difficult to get rid of when you're trying to get rid of it.

If you want to get dry and you jump into a lake, that's quite ironic, isn't it? If you want to get rid of dog poop and you put it in a non-biodegradable bag, that's quite ironic too, I think. I might be wrong though ...

Not really since you are trying to remove dog shir from somewhere such as a public place where it's not wanted and you want a scent proof container to store it in.
